By making a booking with us it will be on the understanding that you agree to our terms & conditions.

Our boat trips depart from Denton Bridge. Time of departure will be communicated via the telephone number you mentioned during your booking by Yvette van Kleef (0031 (0)6 10245948). In case you don’t inform us when delayed or not arrive at all we will not refund.

All trips are refundable if we cancel or reschedule the trip. In the event the trip is cancelled at any time by PFG, we will not be held liable for any travel costs, meals, accommodation or any other costs the customer may have incurred.

All trips are subject to suitable weather conditions (the decision is made at the discretion of the skipper) and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather (even at short notice).

In an instance where the weather may turn unexpectedly it is at the discretion of the skipper as to whether any, a full, or part refund is given.

If a person becomes unwell and requests to be returned back to shore, then no refund will be given.

  1. Pre-booking/deposit has to be transferred to the following bank account:

    3. Reference: fishing date
  2. Remaining total amount has to be transferred 6 weeks before the first trip or has to be handed over to Yvette van Kleef (on request) before you start your first trip.
  3. The person making the booking is responsible for the payment of the entire amount.

A safety brief is given on board before departure.

Shoes are not allowed aboard. Before you enter the boat you are friendly asked to wash your feet and/or flip-flops on the bathing platform.

We have the right to ask any customer to wear a life jacket at any time.

All children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult (and they must wear a life jacket at all times).

Those who are unable to swim are asked to wear a life jacket at all times.

It is required that all customers behave in a safe and respectful manner to all staff and our property. Always follow up the instructions of the skipper. It is strictly forbidden to touch any controls and to enter the bathing platform. If you don’t honor these rules your trip might be cancelled or cut short without refund.

If we find that there has been loss or damage to our equipment or vessel due to negligence or unruly behavior then the customer will be liable for replacement or repair of the item. Our fishing gear is for your use however if it is abused, damaged or lost overboard you will be charged € 150,- (to be paid in cash on the spot). Also any damage to the boat will be charged to you should you damage it due to carelessness. You should always bring a towel and wear a t-shirt when you are in the boat. This to protect our polyester from oily spots (sun cream).

The skipper reserves the right to cancel a trip if unruly or unsafe behavior is displayed.

You are allowed to bring your own drinks & food, please make sure you keep the boat clean while consuming and any rubbish have to be taken back by yourself at the end of the day.

Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed aboard the vessel. The skipper reserves the right to: 1) refuse alcohol aboard if he deems it to be unsafe or 2) refuse a passenger aboard the vessel if they are under the influence of alcohol and 3) he can cancel the trip with no refund.

Drugs in any form will not be allowed on the boat. The trip will be immediately cancelled. No refund will be issued.
